What material is your tube - mild steel I think What is the internal and external diameter of your tube? - 15mm ID What is the T piece being used for? - to create a lightweight frame for a project- the idea being, drill through the middle and insert a bolt, drill through the tube forming the T and terminate or add another T Its not me building its a mate so researching ideas. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

Cheers, its not quite what I had in mind. I was thinking more along on the lines of an end cap with a notch cut out so this would butt up to another pipe rather than a full on T piece 1999 Defender TD5 110

15mm holesaw in a pillar drill and braze it together after.....
15mm copper T glue and fill? I’ve seen some plastic joints like you describe on garden furniture, the bolt though the side of the tube expands the plastic plug in the end of the other, where you’d buy them though? EBAY? Keith |

Too industrial. Those plastic inserts from chairs would do the job. 1999 Defender TD5 110
