Found bulkhead removal bar was about 6mm to long, after a bit of cutting and welding size was reduced and now doors line up with no gaps. I'll dig out the pictures of the new brake system later. I hope to have the body on this weekend. I'm still finding bits and pieces to do, seems never ending. Just ordered a new speedo head, and the vacuum pipe from the servo to the vacuum pump has seen better days so that will be replaced tomorrow along with the breather pipe from the air filter to the engine.
