2014 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 HT Corris Grey

hi guys iv noticed my viscos fan has been running I'm sure this has been covered . but its not warm outside about 6 degrees both times its been on motorway runs temp gauge is just about in the centre fan its turning freely when its cold and water bottle for coolant is bang on the mark thank you for reading
