My word of the day, as in:
"The Wayout has extra fuel cans frenched into the rear wings, obvious and accessible..." Click image to enlarge https://www.topgear.com/car-news/big-reads...ut-concept See Gerry, that's real design, purposeful, stylish, and eminently practical. This is not: Click image to enlarge |

That looks very smart. Much nicer than Gerry's. But what if you lose/break it?
As an aside, I thought to be 'Frenched' meant that you've tried to get some semblance of customer service in France but been met with a (often rude/bolshy) blank face and dismissive attitude. I was 'Frenched' yesterday at the Post Office for having the temerity to ask why my reimbursement for three stolen parcels, (yes, stolen by a postal worker and actually confirmed by the Post Office themselves), and valued at almost 300€, has still not been processed after four months. Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

Not sure if it's a bespoke size/shape or a commercially available one from someone like these guys: https://kriega.com/adventure/rotopax-fuel-175-us-gallon Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge
You may be right there - I think this one has a built in lock in the central handle?

If the new D4ender really does get up close and personal with its surroundings then the side 'saddle bags'
are potentially a rip-off hazard, there is a good reason why traditionally to load an expedition vehicle you look to the front, back and top... but then maybe this this old thinking for new LR The spare wheel area has offered some interesting solutions...and it appears that Jerry not only can but has...
