2014 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 HT Fuji White

Can anyone offer a step by step 2.2 turbo swap guide please?

I'm hoping to fit one of the BAS uprated turbos to my (non-aircon) 2.2 next year. Pete doesn't do them himself but knows someone who does, which is probably the way I'll go. However, as I'm usually quite happy working on my van myself (I fitted its new BAS intercooler and all the silicone hoses earlier this year), I was wondering how much of a job it is and what parts are needed.

I've had a search and found one topic on the 2.4 which gives some details, but could anyone who has done the full job on a 2.2 offer a guide to what's needed and indeed if it's feasible at home.
