2006 Defender 110 Td5 USW Zermatt Silver
Threads are all good on mine so haven’t needed to make any repairs. BUT. What about putting studs into the hosing, and then holding the cap on with a couple of nuts. That way you aren’t repeatedly straining the thread in the aluminium body??
