There are a couple - for a main dealer there is Pentland Land Rover at Whinns of Milton, Bannockburn on the road to,junction 9 of the M9 from Town. Indies - GEMM ( http://www.gemm-lr-parts.co.uk/ )in Larbert about 10 miles away down the old A9 - TheY are well known in the Central Belt, recently opened as a Landy Indy is West End Garage, Buchlyvie ( https://www.yell.com/biz/west-end-garage-b...5138873/)- 16 miles west of Stirling on the A811 road to the Erskine Bridge. I used them this year for annual service and MOT as they are 10 minutes walk from home. A bit of a drive away (45 miles from Stirling) is Lix Toll Land Rovers ( http://www.lixtoll.com/about-us/ ) at Killin who are also good and at Auchterarder is Strathearn Land Rover - last two are well known LR Indies in the area. I’m out of the UK at present so you need to do some googling for phone numbers/addresses.
For non LR specialists there are plenty of garages, none of which I have any experience , including a Halfords Garage out at Springkerse Industrial Park. It is a big agricultural area with many working Defenders and Discoveries so most village garages in the area can deal with older Land Rover products. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come 2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

From Jon's message, I assumed that his daughters' car isn't a Land Rover? Darren
