I'd have to disagree as far as I am concerned. Maybe it's because I live in the country but both of these services are of the highest quality and regularly go out of their way to ensure I get mail and parcels delivered 1st time. My dog also enjoys their visits as they always have a biscuit for him

Dont use myhermes now after they "misplaced" my item, a 235 85 16 tyre!! Actually said they'd ask the delivery guy if it had slipped down the side of his seat! Gave every excuse possible and took forever to get a refund, only when i started a 365 challenge on twitter they paid up
