done lots of reading , the fuel flow may be just because my tank is above the chassis now , so its just gravity doing its work

When I did mine, I had the same thing, and even the 306 weeps a little too. So it could be how the common rail pumps are at when the system is powered off. I know it can be funny to restart if you have been playing about with it. My 306 is very fussy, I start that too early and i get a whine from the system sadly.
