Mine from the factory were perfectly flat.
I found after painting they or one I should say had collapsed somewhat. I don’t know if it’s due to flat storage or by sanding pressure, although I don’t sand like Thor and crush it down. I guess it’s a curiosity of semi rigid plastics, it should keep its shape though but they don’t. Unless production quality has gone downhill. It wouldn’t surprise me. WeWillWin🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

heat gun and a prop to hold it in position ? just a thought.

Yep, thats what I am thinking. Then might try and cut a piece of plastic to the right size (from the council recycling box) and use solvent weld (plumbing glue) to fix in place behind arch.
Can’t think of much else that can be done |
