I'm sure it was posted here after the accident but I've searched for the thread and failed to find it.
"The devastated family of schoolgirl Amelia Wood have been told no charges will be brought against the driver of the 4x4 whose wheel flew off and killed her. Not great.
If I was a parent who lost a child this way I would be pretty frustrated and looking for someone to blame, but sometimes these things just happen because someone was in the wrong place at the wrong time and something unforeseen happens.
