Falkland Islands 2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Corris Grey
Puma 110 front springs compared to older models
I am looking to lift the front of the 110 a bit to compensate for the weight of the winch.

On my older 300Tdi I fitted the HD 110 front (which are the same as 90 rear) springs which makes quite a difference. However I know that the Puma front prop is susceptible to wobbles when lifted too much. Don't want aftermarket as none of them have yet figured out that springs need to be different lengths and they don't seem to last either.

What is the spring rate/length of a genuine Puma front spring compared to either a genuine Td5 or 300Tdi front spring? Wondering if they are stronger or weaker. The usual sources of info don't seem to cover the new stuff. ---

Thanks. So you think the Puma models still have the same front springs? ---
