Dont think it will make much difference to the fit. The cover is a rectangular box which goes over the winch body with a flap which drops over the front of the fairlead. There are two straps which go down the back of the winch, under the bumper and clip onto the front flap.
Cant see why it wouldnt fit a tubular bumper unless there is any tubular section above the flat plate where the fairlead mounts.
