It's certainly very clever thinking.

Would be interested to know who the individuals were behind the design and what other bright ideas they had. Imagine what vehicles they could bring forward with half the money Prof G has...

That is an epic design, however much as with the new Discfender, that’ll never be made once the bean counters at Audi get their hands on it. Needs to be a small indie like Ariel, (looks like a Nomad with a closed cabin), to ever get a design as great as this looks actually into production.

On the same lines, i think this is awesome. Now, if VW could make this look clearly like a vehicle last produced almost 50 years ago (specifically the split-screen), why not LR with just a 3 years gap? The more and more i think about the new Discfender, the more and more annoyed i am with the finished product. The silver lining is that it makes ours all the more treasured.

Audi’s are known for understeer, understeer and uhm... understeer!
You wouldn’t to drive off a cliff because it won’t make the turn, do you?
Still amazed why the Dutch police ordered so many Audi’s and had a laugh when their car understeered off the track during its first demonstration to the public.
