A wee spruce up
My HD steel wheels were looking very sorry for themselvess. So decided to do something about it. Just picked them up from local alloy refurb guy...

Powder coating done

Full effect hampered a little by my bottle jack going phut at first attempt to lift car and remove wheels to apply topcoat. So that will need to wait till new jack arrives. Still I’m pretty chuffed with how they’ve turned out.

They look great. I'm plotting something very similar, although I want them to match the body colour. Ironically, yours look like they would Laughing Darren

Looking good Thumbs Up

Would it be impolite to ask what one could reasonably expect to pay to powder cost a set of Wolfs? I have asked a local firm, but so far unimpressed with the speed of their response Rolling Eyes Rob

Cost me £37.50 a wheel. I didn't shop around though so not sure if this is reasonable or not. The guy was recommended by a pal and I'd just sprayed some small items (badly and slowly) so could not face the mammoth task of doing the wheels myself!
