Fiat 500 Tom Tom issues
Hi all, a long shot but I know secretly a lot of you have reliable comfy cars in the family also Laughing

New to us is a 2016 fiat 500 soft top, all seems well but can't get the sat nav/ Tom Tom to work, when you press the screen to open it , it just sits with the Tom Tom logo and a ever circling thing and that's all it does,

We have phones the local ( ish ) dealer and they were really helpfull, they suggested emailing fiat in Italy Rolling Eyes

So - any tips please folks ?

Is there an SD card slot somewhere with the maps on? Check if the card is present perhaps? 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS
