It's a great thing you have done Simon and I'm sure many will agree. I know Rob has been up against it with progressing with is Landy, especially on a low wage with high insurance.

I have been very lucky with the help Roy5695 has given me and I’m a firm believer of what goes around comes around, so it’s nice I can help someone else enjoy their Defender as I am enjoying mine after all the help with the mods that I couldn’t have done on my own
Looking forward to meeting Rob and seeing his defender. I’m sure lots of other forum members have bits and pieces in their garages perhaps Martin the forum owner could start another subheading for people to giveaway their old but useable bits and piece to people who could reuse them for their defenders? 2015 HT XS 90 2008 SVX 90 2000 XS TD5 90 |

Was thinking the same thing Simon but I suppose one can just do what you did and mark as free in the sale section.
I have a few bits cluttering up the place, wondered if we brought stuff to the meet others could take their pick (unless your all going to be sparkling and spotless). Also you may want to edit your above post removing your phone no. now the bits have gone. |

My only thought for the freebie section was it might be easier for newbies to find but you do have a point.
I’m sure it’s a great idea to bring spares along to any meet to see if someone can use them
