The flaps they were custom made for me in 4 mm stainless steel then powder coated.

I chose the length I wanted and hoped I got it right which I think I have?

The brackets are direct from uproar 4x4 and come plastic coated in one size only for either 90s or 110s needless to say my bromance buddy Roy5695 has them fitted to his and that’s what gave me the idea. Thumbs Up but having had the stage 2 remap and fitted the mid pipe replacement it altered the position of the final tailpipe slightly and this caused the original exhaust side mudflaps to melt slightly so I thought it was time to replace them so decided on stainless but with an increased radius cutout on the exhaust side to reduce the risk of the powder coating melting Thumbs Up 2015 HT XS 90

The day has come now......regardless of what Roy5695 and Zed say Rolling with laughter I am going to try and do a month of no mods or alterations and just enjoy the mods to date, otherwise I find myself thinking of the next mod and not enjoying the previous mod, does that make sense?

The suspension update / modification combined with the stage 2 remap and new midpipe is amazing and I think I just need to enjoy that a bit before thinking what’s next......my wife is so understanding but even I am pushing it Shocked 2015 HT XS 90

The great thing about vnt/vgt turbos is they won't be noticed by the boss.

Although the huge grin when driving may give you away.

Not that you're in the market for upgrades right now...

Suli,

How do you get on with your spare wheel mounted to the rear door? I need to get a 5th Twisted Wheel to complete the set but was discouraged from doing so before getting one of the Mantec Swing away carriers.

Have you had any issues with the weight of yours on the door?

Btw, I think your 90 looks fantastic!
