7.50 tyres are a factory option on HD (wolf) rims so are absolutely fine.

Earlier I found a seller offering five new genuine Wolf wheels with new Conti tyres:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Genuine-Lan...SwCMlbMMJY I was becoming a bit tempted until I managed to find another firm who specialise in surplus Land Rover stock with five exactly the same for just under £820 delivered. Naturally, I've gone for those: https://jlr.parts/product/wolf-steel-wheel-tyre-anr4583pm/ Interestingly, JLR Parts had them on eBay too but it was cheaper to buy them direct from their website, and it was pleasing to see the stock available on their eBay advert drop from six to one straight after I'd paid them (via PayPal). Surprisingly, it was also more expensive to buy some original white 5.5J steel wheels and tyres from them than the Wolf ones. I know the part number for white ones should be ANR4583WH but as they describe them as white and are white in the pictures, I assume that's a listing mistake. I hope no-one's going to come on now and say 'I wouldn't have bought them from there...'! |

Good for your Joe, I have previously purchased a few sets of alloys for these chaps, with the last been collected at the storage facility.
Spot on to deal with, young Jamie has no trouble in showing any of the stock which they carry in stock. The wolf wheels and tyres are definitely valve. Though one new set at a time for me, I find it hard to make up a plausible excuse for ten new wheels. Click image to enlarge whistle: |

Sadly they had a bit of a computerised stock moment over the weekend and had already sold the wheels, so I'm back on the lookout for some again.
Maybe just new rims and my existing almost new tyres are the way to go? |

Hmm, this is getting daft now. Dan at Duckworth offered me a really great deal (thanks mate) on five brand new genuine rims, but they're only available in black primer and my local powder coating place wants £30 more than the cost of each wheel to make them white.
Those £1400 ones on eBay are beginning to look reasonably priced.... |

How about gloss black genuine Wolf wheels? I bought a set of those last fall when I replaced my Nokian winter tires for a new set after 8 years. Those genuine gloss black Wolf wheels were a factory option during 2014/2015. Must be still available as when I ordered mine in Sep 2018, our importer had 3 in stock, ordered the 4th from JLR U.K., and it arrived within a week. The paint quality of mine is excellent.

Thanks Eric. Dan at Duckworth told me yesterday Wolf wheels had only ever been available from Land Rover in black primer though (part number ANR4583PM).
Would you have a part number for those you ordered by any chance please? Thanks again, Joe. |

Joe, added a few pics above. Think Dan has forgotten about those. I’m travelling now, so will send you the exact part number later this week. In the meantime attached is the link to the official Defender 2014 brochure. You will read there that the black edition which standard came with black alloys, as an option could also come with gloss black HD Wolf wheels. You can read it in the description, and you will find the order code back in the price list. (Different from part number).
If still no joy with Dan, I will look at my invoice for the part Nbr tomorrow. Eric https://www.landrover.com/Images/710171_L3...-89153.pdf You never actually own a Defender. Good spot Eric, totally forgot about those as they class them as an accessory for some reason on the catalogue.
