A-plan first timer...great customer service.

I’ve been with the same insurance company for years but after a relatively brief and wonderfully efficient call to A-plan I can say for the first one in nearly 20 years i’m changing.
The main reason was the fact I now have a Defender and for the first time in ages I have a car I need to answer yes to when asked about modifications. It really helps to talk to an insurance company that was ok with the fact the front is different (aren’t they all) and the steering wheel pops off. Price did play a part, but was on par with a few others, but I know i’m Covered and not have to argue in the event of a claim. (Fingers crosses I don’t)
