We have a good relationship with Stone Computers also and they do disposals
They will also offer credit on machines bought. Fairly local also for the sustainability box We have 1000's of their machines across our sites and again always very good. |

The Server one is still valid...
Its Desktop & notebooks but thinking or doing a Mini comp for now and then the big Tender after Summer (our Busy period). Will will probably end up splitting the lots. All good fun |

My company does this. First to get ISO14001 (IIRC) as we do secure eco-friendly decomm and disposal, including certified destruction of data bearing assets.
https://www.hpe.com/uk/en/services/asset-lifecycle.html On another note, you could be very "supportive" and use E-Cycle "E-Cycle employs people with disabilities, therefore by selecting E-Cycle as your IT Asset Disposal supplier it would be helping to secure the jobs of those individuals and support our plans to increase our workforce." https://www.ecyclegroup.co.uk/about/ HTH Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) |

I have found that a big lump hammer applied about ten times with vigour to a hard drive gives all the security you need
Seriously though I have used Kill Drive in the past which writes zeros to every section of the drive completely erasing all information on the drive permanently. when it's finished which does take a while you are presented with a what they call a sanitation certificate confirming that all data has been erased and destroyed.
