Hello all. What is the pipe (NOT the sensor attached to the pipe) highlighted by the Number 4? I have a lot of oil sprayed around here and cannot work out where it is coming from. If anyone has an idea where the oil might be spraying from (seems to be underneath) that would be useful too.

Hi, it looks like it's the EGR valve tube:

More than likely it is the vacuum pump. It's in front of the area you've highlighted so a good chance the oils made its way back there.

Pipe number 4 in that picture is the extension to the inlet manifold that connects the manifold to the hose from the intercooler, the manifold to the EGR, and also holds the MAP sensor. It is common for it to be gungy. Oil on the outside may be from the vacuum pump, oil inside will have come from the breather system or turbo via the intercooler.
