I drilled mine out when replacing the lower grill and used these:

Thanks, should have said pop rivets. Does anyone know what size I’d need if I went down the pop rivet route?

I'm pretty sure they're 5mm. When I swapped mine, I used M5 nylon nuts and bolts and I'm sure I didn't have to open out all of the holes. Darren
