Sorry to hear your Ctek's are no more... Good advice I think to run the Ctek via a surge protector / RCD. I'm a recent convert to Ctek and mainly due to wanting to add in some weather protection for external use I ended up with this set up...for long term battery maintenance the RCD makes sense to hopefully trip out and save everything down stream...as you say at least your vehicles are OK. Maybe there should be an integral Ctek cut out to prevent your experience... Interesting to see what they say.... Looks a good setup Ive used ctek for years, especially on the bikes i've had, probably saved a fortune on batteries. Agree about the internal protection...Very surprised |
