Brought them in 2016 I think, have got receipt, have been off the vehicle for last year and a half. They are E marked if that’s what you mean?

JW Speakers 8700 are approved under UNECE regulations so are road legal in the U.K. if the aim is good.

The E mark is a country code which forms part of the approval mark. It is often used on unbranded headlights and the adverts as a means of conning the public.
