[For Sale] Rugged trail spare wheel carrier

Land Rover defender heavy duty rugged trail swing away spare wheel carrier. Bolts to rear crossmember, very heavy duty. Very expensive when new. Still in decent condition. All works as it should. Bit is surface rust in places And some marks / slits from cutting disc where previous owner removed removed the bolts. Would easily weld up if required but doesn’t effect the operation or strength in anyway

1989 Defender 90 200 Tdi HT Bronze Green

Is this for a truck cab tailgate or a HT tailgate (i.e. you can open the rear door from the inside without having to detach the carrier on the outside)?

I'd be interested if it's for the latter!

This is completely separate to the rear door. You have to unlatch it from the outside before the rear door opens so it’s suitable for vehicles with no rear seats
