My passenger side electric window does not work. Driver side works normal. Any ideas where to start looking?

Fuse first, then look at the wiring loom where it goes from A post into the door. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

My passenger window stopped working and I was amazed to find (after testing everything with a multimeter) that the motor was full of water!
It must have been rain water because I've never dunked my defender that deep! Anyway tipped the water out, dried it, sprayed with WD40 then gave it a light smear of copper slip. It's been fine ever since So start with the fuses and wiring, and if that's all OK then look at the motor 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |
