No idea. Apart from a military 90 I had, all my landys have had adjustable Dixon bate type hitches and I simply used a combined NATO and ball hitch. It's like a NATO but the bottom half is also a ball. They don't rotate like a NATO but on the road or flat dirt that is fine, never had a problem.

Whilst nothing is impossible, it's not straightforward as it requires a fair degree of fabrication. It's not a simple nut and bolt job.
Which version of the wide track is it? The MkIII (disc braked version) requires a rotating NATO hitch but the earlier MKII needs a fixed hitch. It needs a rotating hitch but fixed is OK on road or flat ground. Easiest solution is to buy a suitable hitch.
