What gap ? I used a 600mm end cap so it said on the invoice.

Looks good to me, although I'd probably have used flanged head fixings.
The ones sold as a kit are okay but the fixings I don't go a lot on. In fact it is something I have to rectify they just spin and that not being over tightened either. These corner protectors can mark your door card too, but I'd rather that than a ripped up corner edge that most get like. The rubber matting I like a lot but it isn't very substantial, it wears tears and cuts just on removal or extremely lift abrasion. Thanks sulisuli just looked on Lucari Solution's web site ,some nice bit's .As for where I got the trim from not on line but a plastic cladding gutting warehouse in Maldon Essex just happen to see a white one and asked if they did black ,I would think most plastic's warehouse's would sell it.I have just looked on ebay and this firm sell on the net .The trim is a "600mm External 90 Degree Double Ended Corner"
