I believe the accepted max that can be achieved from a 300Tdi while retaining reliability is 160bhp. This is based on a hybrid turbo, big intercooler and free flowing intake and exhaust, with the fuelling set up to match.
Not sure what the official dyna figures are for a tuned Tdi is as all the work on dynos seems to have been done for Tdci engines mainly. I would be interested to know any official figures people may have. |

I would think a limiting factor will be that in most countries the youngest Tdi you will find is now 20 years old. ---
