Yeah I did it in 2015 to my 110, James (JOW) has put the link up.
I used a 21" flatdog light bar. I fitted well and was a black background so kept it even more subtle when off.
I still have the adapted AC front grille surround from this which I could be tempted to part with if needed... Instagram: l90andy

If the bar was e marked could you effectively use this as a front fog light? Had a gander at the road vehicle lighting regs 1989 and I can't seem to find anything that suggests otherwise

I'm 99.9% certain a single 'fog' light would NOT be legal. I'm sure you need two fog lights on the front a certain distance from the outside edge of the vehicle.
