I've got 2 galvanised towing eyes that bolt onto the front bumper, I can post a photo tomorrow? Time is precious, waste it wisely...

Photos as promised, 2 galvanised towing eyes with 4 additional bolts (you will need to drill your bumper) and use your existing bumper bolts.

Be mindful that the lifting and towing rings for vehicles prior to the original V8 are different to those for later vehicles. When the slab front was introduced the baseplate was lengthened and the ring moved forward to clear the radiator panel. Although similar, the later type looks really odd on a series vehicle.
Notice in the first photo above the rear bolts are behind the rear leg of the ring (late type), in the second photo they're alongside (early type). Good replicas of the original type are usually available on eBay. |
