I have Corbeau bucket seats fitted by previous owner, bolster is ok you soon get use to the style of the seat and getting in and out, I have mudrails fitted so the seat sits that bit higher to, I’m only 5 foot 11 but still need to duck as I get into the seat, my dislike is that the bottom of the seat cannot be lifted out to get to the battery compartment that is a pain. 2015 HT XS 90

Yeah, considered that but I rarely delve into the battery area. Was interested in the bolster I am five foot 8, so plenty of room for me 🤨 1990 200tdi conversion 90

It’s a pain when you have too as the cubby box has to be unbolted first so you can get to the holding down bolts on the seat, a real pain in the ass 2015 HT XS 90

I wasn't able to keep mud rails with the Corbeau seats as it meant I was too high to see through the windows properly.
Instead, I drilled a couple of new holes in the adaptor plate to move the seat back on the runners. Just enough clearance to get over the raised bit at the back of the seat. Also means I can get into the seat box without too much trouble. Passenger side still has mud rails. That means I can get a bottle jack in and out of the underseat storage. I didn't need to remove the cubby to remove the seat - I just unbolted the rails as with the old seats. Still a faff, but I've not needed to do it often. |

I’m 6 3. Corbeau low base buckets, heated, on mudrails. Zero issues getting in or looking out the windscreen. Mine been in a year and have now softened up and are very comfortable.
