Check your fuse box for water incursion, also check under the seat at the ECUs and relays for water incursion. 2010 Range Rover MkIII Autobiography Super Charged (Idris)

If the heater drain plug is blocked it could be that the heater air intake filled with water and got into the motor causing it to stall.
This happened to mine, fortunately l realised before the motor burnt out, but it did smell a bit. |

Both fuseboxes are dry and in good condition, also drainplug is ok and blower motor is dry.
Any other suggestions? |

I added alternative earthing point (chassis -> bulkhead). earthing point from battery to chassis was ok.
I did measure all earthing points and they were ok. I checked that blower motor is functional applying current straight from battery. when testing blower motor from inside (wire from black to green connector) dash lights were glowing. When I removed fuse number 18 and 19 glow got weaker. I put fuses back and glow got brighter. I measured all fuse block slots for shot circuit and all ok. am I missing something? |
