Motorcycle Breakdown Cover
It’s soon my son’s birthday and I’m thinking of treating him to some breakdown cover for his bike (Bandit GSF 600, not a bad little machine); he’s had one or two problems which I was able to talk him through by ‘phone - for example a blocked fuel line stopping the engine - but he has needed an expensive recovery.

The family’s cars are covered by an ADAC policy, but it doesn’t extend to motorcycles. Any recommendations?

I've been looking at getting a nationwide flexplus account. It's £13 per month and one of the benefits is personal European wide breakdown cover. Might be worth a look Thumbs Up

(P.s. it covers bikes - that's why I looked at it) 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

I have the nationwide building society cover but haven't ever used it.

For the £13 you also get family mobile phone cover and travel insurance. And a little bit of interest on savings up to £2500. Current Steeds:

2003 BMW F650 the Hack
2000 Elise
1992 Ducati 888 (no longer in bits, yahoo)

1988 TDR 250 (no longer in bits) and for sale
