So having a browse on ebay i came across this, which has apparently been out for four years...
Having a look at most RDX stuff, it looks to be Vacu-formed rubbish mostly. But this has a certain appeal as i may be able to fit in a double din unit without having to hack up a £200.00 Centre dash that i already have. That and it looks More modern and less jury rigged than the Raptor bolt on console that is visibly bolted on. And doesnt require screwing with the gear stick and blocking the fusebox like a TDCI dash conversion. My question being has anyone actually fitted or even seen one? Seen maybe two articles on the web. Just curious if you could adapt it to fit a TD5 with the existing Dash... Mainly interested in fitting some vents from the A/C so it cools my body rather than my nuts. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231240352548?_t...EBIDX%3AIT I'm on IG: https://www.instagram.com/osloblue42/ Current: TD5 '110 "Lucinda" Thread here: https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic62562.html |

I think it would require quite a bit of fettling to get it to fit without cutting the Td5 dash. Also you'd struggle to route the A.C pipes up to those vents (which in the ad are referred to as dummy vents).
To be honest I think you'd be best off getting a vacuum form of your original dash to play about with.
