Richard,
Pretty much as you described. Drain the PS fluid, remove viscous fan and belt, remove pully and then the 5 retaining bolts (10mm). Remove the pipe jubilee clip from the outlet and the inlet pipe nut. The pump just lifts away from the keyway. You can do it without removing the viscous fan and leaving the pulley in place if you have small sockets/spanners but I wouldn’t recommend it! I have a working pump you can have for the cost of postage but you will need to swap the O ring from the outlet pipe of your existing pump. I foolishly stripped the outlet pipe off and lost the O ring and couldn’t find a replacement that did not leak. If you want the pump pm me your address. Andy |
