Seat belt buckle - Ford replacement

Good evening everyone,

I need to replace the seat belt buckle on our Defender, 2nd row. (EVL501100PMA). Has anyone figured out if these items correspond with the Ford items? And if so, how to figure out what models and what part number? Or does everyone just buy the Defender items?

I read something about the vents on the Defender being similar to the Ford Focus, and the F250, which made me wonder.
