Yeh interesting...
My relay turned out to behind the speedo.. Is yours a TD5? It could be that its 'melted' the contact? if its running twice the power through the switch.. quite a few suggested that may have been my issue.. Might be easier to first whip off the steering column and check the contacts on the stalk.. At least that wont cost anything to begin with.... I wouldn't know where to begin with the relay, where you would get one in spain? Where abouts in spain are you at the minute? I wonder if a fellow landy owner on here might see this and offer some advice on where to go to get it looked at... Im afraid my electrical skills aren't the best... I have a PDF electrical library of the TD5 defender if that's any use to you, but cant seem to find a way to upload into this convo Let me know, I could always email it - or get it to you another way...
