Fixed, seems you drill the little plastic grab / glue and with some effort, pull and twist the plastic switch head slide off. Score!

I don’t get these alloy gearknobs and switches- allot thing they give you is cold hands and fingers

Also if you haven't upgraded to a boomslang or landzeiger loom you'll be swapping it to a new switch all the time
