I traded in my 2013 Range Rover SDV8 for a magnificent Defender 110 SW.
Aintree Green, Whtie roof. 18" alloys with 285/60 toyo's. Will travel to Alive Tuning on Monday for some tuning and other parts. Love the car, no comparisson to the RR, but it is great in its own way. |

Defender is a great vehicle but by now it should be truly magnificent after all those years of manufacturing experience. On the other hand look at the heritage and corporate DNA - the industrial relations problems of British Leyland, the cost-cutting culture of Ford and their components and what looks like the relaxed approach to quality of the current owners.
and yet the Defender is a vehicle that can have you grinning from ear to ear. |

Dear Pete,
I will bear your advise in mind. Tomorrow I will go to Alive Tuning to get some things tweeked on my car. 20" wheels, lowered suspension and shocks, ECU remap. Can't wait to feel the difference. Erik |

Got JW Speaker LED lamps, quite confusing how to order them.
Since I live in The Netherlands (so LHD) I thought I had to order the LHT version, WRONG I need the RHT version. They say that the way you drive on the road in your country is the way they mark their lamps. Anyhow, what a difference! Very clear dipped headlights, high-beam less impressive. Maybe because the dipped is to clear and long range already... They look great on the car. Black KBX grille on a Aintree Green car. Erik |
