Overseas forum courrier, help wanted

I planned on having a winch bumper made by Dixon Fabrication, which my dad would pick up on his next trip to the UK, but sadly he's not going for a long time. So I need some help to get it here.
Is there anyone who regularly takes the ferry to the mainland, or is planning to somewhere in February / March? I can pick the bumper up at every port or the tunnel, and it can be delivered in the UK. I will give a compensation for the effort.
