Opie oils feedback
I ordered the oils and diesel additive for a full service on the truck from opie oils.

When the parcel arrived the additive was missing.

Quick email last night and first thing this morning a reply with details of missing item being shipped out to arrive with me tomorrow. No quibbles or questions even though I had a picking list in the box for all the items.

I have had similar from them before. They seem a little lax at the picking/packing stage. I once had a 1litre bottle of fluid missing and another time two spark plugs supplied in only their NGK boxes with 10litres of oil. Its fair to say they were no longer in their boxes when they arrived!

Both times there was no quibble and replacements were sent straight out with an apology.

I ordered oils and filters. Air filter wasn’t in stock so would be dispatched in two days. Oils and other filters arrived promptly. I rang after a couple of days to check on air filter. Sorry sir we will dispatch another.
Two then arrived the day after. I offered by email to return one but they didn’t reply. Again excellent customer care.

+1 used them quite a bit - always good service and fair pricing... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)
