United Kingdom 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Cairns Blue
I have tried the measuring but still cannot convince the old brain it will work, might have to just purchase new ones and hope. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.

Here’s another connector option if you have roof rack fitted lights or electrical accessories and wish to keep the mount/dismount process as simple as possible. Expensive but a neat solution.

Another option is to run cables from the rack down the A pillar and into the engine bay therefore avoiding having to drill extra holes. The cable run down the A pillar could be protected by bonding on some aluminium L profile which could be painted body colour if necessary. I’m sure one of the Defender accessory suppliers sells a stylish protective strip for this purpose but since I can’t seem to find it now, I’ve probably just imagined it in my dreams!
