yes, I see what you mean, they may become a vehicle that is less owned by enthusiasts

I had a wrangler for a year, waved at others they wave back - fine

at the mo I have a jeep renegade, wave at another - they look back as if Im mad. most are leased/company or on motabilty, and owners are not enthusiasts at all.
