[Wanted] 300 Tdi Injector pump.
As Millie has started to make an unusual noise that i and my indy have not heard before we are going down the route of the process of elimination Very Happy so has anyone got a 300 Tdi injector pump for sale that is in good working order as mine was repaired as the recon one was naff Evil or Very Mad this is to see if it is the injector pump and if it is i will buy a new one Wink

Seems like an expensive elimination, it’s just a Bosch VE Pump so shouldn’t be tough to repair?!?

I know what you mean, but i need another injector pump to rule my one out as it has been repair once all ready and i will have a spare one at the same time Wink 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.

Swapping lots of parts in the hope they fix it? I’d try a different mechanic Whistle sounds like a very expensive way to fix a car.


Any diesel injection specialist worth their salt should be able to repair, test and stand over a VE pump!!!! Bosch even have a register for authorised repairers on their site.

This is my choice to go down the route to find this noise Wink as said before, i had a Bosch recon injector pump from them and it was naff and had to go back, they sent it back saying there was no problem with it Rolling Eyes i don't think that when you come to turn your engine off after a drive, that it does NOT turn off and keeps on running, with the only way to stop it is to stall it, not good Shocked

I trust my indy as he has been working on LR's for all his life Thumbs Up

So this is why i am looking for a good working injector pump Whistle 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.
