If the pictures are anything like what it is going to be, I think that at this point I will stick with my "old" 110 2008 Defender 110 60 year Edition (sold unfortunately) IN the hunt for another Puma for the wifey! 2008 Kia Sorento LX 😁 2.5crdi |

Sorry to be so descriptive,
it makes me want to throw up... I hope they will not "destroy" the rough Defender image with something like this. In my opinion a bad blend between a Freelander, a Defender and a Disco with remembrances of a Patriot and Commander Jeep. Is just my opinion, but in tastes nothing is written. well friends, we can only hope that they DON'T make this happen. If so, I would imagine we are the last of the breed.

i've said it before, if europe want to kill the defender TATA should move rest of the world production to india and make a Tdi model, that way we can import them one at a time and keep going forever, by the way they still make indian (as in american) moterbikes and i think an old english car poss a morris oxford, just call it a land defender and i'll by one, now that would be a good drive back from the dealership

Mini meets FL 1. Yuck.
That wouldn't entice me. To be honest, unless the replacement Defender is rugged as hell, I'll be keeping mine (obviously with an engine/transmission upgrade) and getting a Disco 5 or 6 or whatever they're on by then One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

It's Royal Enfield motorbikes they still make in India. They used to have to call them "Enfield Indias" as they didn't own the rights to the Royal Enfield name until quite recently. And yes the Morris Oxford III is still made as the "Hindustan Ambasador". Mind you when British Leyland stopped production of the Montego and Maestro, they sold the presses to India, so you never know what they might come up with next MAD COW 2007 90 Hard Top - 2009 BMW F800GS - 2002 CCM 604E Dual Sport Project90 |

Has no one read the article
( Our illustrator has now created what is believed to be an accurate representation of the next generation Land Rover Defender) |

True Sonic I hope that the illustrator/editor doesnt had access to the Icon files to sketch this thing. And if he believes that this should be the next Defender, please give him his coat and fire it.
