Customer Service from A-Plan
I have just taken out a policy with A-Plan and what great service I received from Chris. Someone who actually sounded pleased that I wanted a quote rather than other well known insurers who just didn't seem bothered.
Very efficient, a good price and as long it stays that way I'll be a customer for life.

Nice you got good service ........I hope you never need them but i judge the quality of an insurace company when they have pay you money!

On the basis that they are ultimately only a broker I only ever worry about who the insurer is. They are the people who pay you out.

You hit the nail on the head fella!They are a middle man ...are they choosing the insurer on price (the money they make )or quality of service ........ as i said i personally i put more credence in reports of goood service at the claim end thats all ...such as my wife reversed my truck into a smurf ...the smurf was fine and A plan sorted out the problems i had with the insurers in a jiffy!
