This thing happens to me at the beginning (Only 2,000 km old) at the vacations, so I dismantle the door with the help of the dealer at the other side of the phone and found the same problem that you. In my case the bolt were loosen from factory. Check also the other window... Will check the other side sometime thing is the door cards are so s**t and i have had them off once when the door handles came loose as well

My front left did the same a while back, easy fix as has been said, door card off and put bolts back in . Another one for the build quality stats Oh well still love it to bits. Sweep

There was a SSM for this issue, SSM39031 referred to the bolts coming loose and the use of loctite to rectify.
