Tdci Downpipe
Has anybody got any pictures of the Tdci/Puma downpipe?

My 110 is being built up with an engine which also has the exhaust on the right hand side and so I am exploring whether I can use part of a Tdci decat downpipe to create a custom one which will match the engine on to the rest of the (standard) exhaust system.

I'm interested in how the downpipe crosses the car from right to left, and how it clears the crossmember(s), the gearboxes, and the front propshaft. Is there a heat shield to prevent the prop getting to hot?

Thanks

Thanks. I had seen those and the underside photo in particular is useful but would benefit from being a bit closer to give the detail I'm after.

I think my biggest issue will be that I'm using the 300Tdi gearbox crossmember which has the crossmember bit itself further back than the Tdci/Td5 one. This may mean that the exhaust wants to occupy the same space just under the front output housing of the transfer box, so it might need to be a bit further forward. This could, if I'm unlucky, cause problems for articulation of the front propshaft.

Nothing that an afternoon with a welder can't fix of course but the less fabrication I have to do the better.

I'll pick an aftermarket decat pipe up and have a play as they're fairly cheap, but photos of that crucial area would help if anybody has some.

looking at the parts manual the difference between 90,110,130 seems to be the length of the front pipe from muffler with the crossover being the same. so each model has a different muffer so to speak.
